Over the next few weeks we’ll be filling up this section of our blog with things that we hope will inspire you in many aspects of your life. We want to get your nerves tingling and your creative juices flowing so you want to reach out and grab life with both hands. If you feel like you’re stuck in a rut, unsure what to do next, or simply need a nudge to give you some new ideas, you’ve come to the right place.

On our first motorhome tour we met some truly inspiring people who helped us to change our way of thinking about the world. They changed our lives. While we can’t meet each and every one of you, hopefully our Financial Independence and Early Retirement section will help you like they helped us. After meeting those inspiring folks when we returned home, we set a goal to become financially free, which would enable us to travel whenever we wanted.

Our crazy financial life experiment worked, and in 2015, after a lot of hard work (trust us, it ain’t easy), we stepped away from the office, never needing to work again. You can read about what we did and how we did it, and also our thoughts as we went through the process and came out the other side.
