{"id":9107,"date":"2013-03-12T16:34:10","date_gmt":"2013-03-12T16:34:10","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/ourtour.co.uk\/home\/?p=9107"},"modified":"2021-06-24T10:02:02","modified_gmt":"2021-06-24T09:02:02","slug":"julies-video-diary-a-diversion-and-lobster-fun","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ourtour.co.uk\/home\/julies-video-diary-a-diversion-and-lobster-fun\/","title":{"rendered":"Julie\u2019s video diary, a diversion and lobster fun"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Dave the motorhome isn&#8217;t in the most picturesque of places, he&#8217;s on a quayside surrounded by concrete pontoons which are no longer sea worthy near Porto Empedocle on the south west coast of Sicily (N37.28643 E13.54915). But we&#8217;re next to a small beach so Charlie is very happy, and within half an hour&#8217;s drive of the Agrigento and the Valley of Temples, which was to be our destination for today until we hit a very long detour.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;ve finally been brave and had a go at doing a video diary, no make-up, no hair straighteners and complete with mosquito bites on my noggin, this is me on the road! The video is below, and under that a few more pics.
