I&#8217;m not watching it dry though, getting some research in instead.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Breakdown Cover <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We&#8217;ve tried getting the UK-based breakdown companies to offer us cover for the van while we move around Europe. No chance: none of them will cover an 18 year old motorhome, which will be outside the UK for around a year. However, it seems our German friends will: <a title=\"Review \u2013 ADAC European Breakdown Cover\" href=\"http:\/\/ourtour.co.uk\/home\/review-adac-european-breakdown-cover\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ADAC<\/a> offer an &#8216;ADAC Partner Plus&#8217; scheme which covers you, not the vehicle, for a year anywhere in Europe, for less than \u20ac100. [UPDATE: ADAC is no longer available to non-German residents]<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Aires<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Thanks to Ryan at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.doyourdream.co.uk\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Do Your Dream<\/a>, I&#8217;ve coughed up the princely sum of \u20ac8 for an offline copy of the entire <a href=\"http:\/\/www.campingcar-infos.com\/index1.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Camping Car Info<\/a> database. OK, the online and offline versions of the website both need some serious design work (see screenshots below), but they&#8217;re an excellent database of aires throughout Europe (6153 of them in France and 8522 &#8216;abroad&#8217; from Albania to the Ukraine). Most aires have photos and reviews attached, so you can get a real feel for how good or otherwise they are.
