La Rochelle
With the All Blacks victorious, we decided to head off down the coast, stopping at La Tranche Sur Mer, deciding it wasn’t worth staying and heading further down the coast to La Rochelle.
La Rochelle looks lovely. Unfortunately it’s in the distance from our car park-based kipping spot and Ju’s made a beeline for the marina laundrette. An 8 euro 40 min load is currently in progress. Probably a couple of hours in the dryers after that and we’ll be done. Making the most of the evening wait with glass of rouge. Or maybe two.
I’m with you on the wine and leaving the woman to the washing mate.
